Kunming is the capital city of Yunnan Province. It is one of the most important cities in southwest China. It is the heart of politics, economy and culture of Yunnan Province. It also serves as gateway of China to southeastern Asia. The current day Kunming is a metropolitan just like many other mega Chinese cities. During festival evenings, gatherings take place here.

Recipe is relatively simple; all you need is some rice noodle, some broth and some side dishes such as pickles, eggs, ham and vegetable. It popularity goes beyond Kunming. Kunming, as the capital of Yunnan, is a major hub of transportation of southwest China. It is also a vital link between China and Southeast Asian countries. Kunming Changshui International Airport is the largest airport in Kunming. It connects Kunming with all major cities in China. It is easy for international travelers to fly into Kunming via Southeast Asian cities such as Bangkok or Singapore. There are also three railway stations, Kunming Station, Kunming North Station and Kunming South Station. A trans-border railway route connects Laos, Thailand and China is under construction. In near future, visitors could take an international train and traverse these three countries.
