Itinerary
Day 1 : ARR Urumqi

Welcome to Urumqi! You will be picked up by local tour guide at the airport hall or train station, and then be escorted to your hotel in Lanzhou city in a private vehicle.
After check in, you can hang out around Urumqi City to experience local conditions and customs

Day 2 : Urumqi – Fuyuan(BLD)

Spots:Gobi scenery and Wild animals along the way

After breakfast,  drive to Fuyun County through Kurbantongut desert and en-route to enjoy the vast desert steppes of the China’s second largest.enjoying the Gobi scenery along the way in the bus. You ‘ll pass  by “Karamay Wild Animals Protection Area.” On a good day, you’ll hopefully see some of the many wild horses, camels or deer during our crossing. We can stop to take photos at any time you want..

Day 3 : Fuyun – Berqin(BLD)

Spots:Keketuohai National Geological Park

Today head to Keketuohai National Geological Park for a visit. Honoured as the “Chinese Yosemite”,it’s the first national geological park with a typical ore deposit and mine site as the main body of the landscape . There are many deep ditch canyons due to the special geological structure, wind and rain erosion and water cut. It becomes a  park with mountains, rivers, grasslands, rocks, hot springs and other wonders of the natural landscape.
After lunch drive to Burjin county which is about 4-5 hours.

Day 4 : Berqin – Hemu(BLD)

Spots:Hemu village

After breakfast drve to Hemu village , on the way drive through some beautiful grasslands and zigzag mountain roads line up pine trees.
Arrive in Hemu village by lunch time, change sightseeing bus to our resort. Hemu is  a small village clustered together by Kazakhstan and Tuwa nationalities, and all the houses in the village are simple cabin and spreading in the mountain valley. 

Enjoy a leisurely afternoon while roaming in the village, experience the local life of the nomadic Tuwa people and Kazakhs.  You can climb to the mountain view platform enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Day 5 : Hemu – Kanas(BLD)

Spots:Hemu Village, Kanas Lake

Get up early morning and hike up to Meili feng Hill where you will enjoy a great view of the village at the sunrise.
Then set off to Kanas, take a 3 hours drive to Jiadengyu, which is the entrance of Kanas Lake Nature Reserve.have lunch there, then take sightseeing bus to the resort inside the scecce area.
Free and easy walk round after check in the resort. The scenery around the resort is beautiful and the resort is very close by the lake.

Day 6 : kansa(BLD)

Spots:Kanas Three Bay by boat, Fish Watching Pavilion

Whole day’s tour in Kanas, visit Three Bay by boat, Visit some Tuwa people to be deeply impressed by their simple life style and character.

then take the shuttle bus to Guan Yu Tai (Fish Watching Pavilion) which is the highest point and is the best place to take incredible panoramic view of the entire lake. The higher you climb up, the more colors you will see.

Day 7 : Kanas – Berqin(BLD)

Spots:Kanas Laying Dragon Bay, Immortal Bay and Moon Bay

In the morning, visit beautiful Laying Dragon Bay, Immortal Bay and Moon Bay, they are the most well know and beautiful scenery in this area. Then transfer back to Berqin.

Once arrive in Berqin visit Wucaitan which means “multi-colored beach; Rainbow beach and five colored Hills” as it is formed with many different colors and located on the North Side of Irtysh River while South Side is South Bank is luxuriantly trees, rolling forest, the distant meandering hills and panoramic view of the desert scenery.

Day 8 : Berqin – Karamay(BLD)

Spots:Karamay Ghost City

Bus to Karamay, your reward for today’s long drive will come in a glorious sunset at Ghost City ,Howling of the wind and various strange landscapes make this site mysterious. The strange shapes of the landscape were created by strong wind and erosion. where you’ll also have an opportunity to stretch your legs and take a hike back in time.

Day 9 : Karamay – Urumqi(BLD)

Spots:Gebi and desert beach acenery along the way, International Big Bazzar

Drive back to Urumqi, pass through the innocent Gobi and the deserted beach.Upon arrival, visit the International Big Bazzar,  It is one of the most famous landmarks in Urumqi city, which is the largest bazaar in the world by scale, combining Islamic culture, architecture, ethnic commerce, tourism and entertainment.

Day 10 : Urumqi DEP(B)

Today is free for you until your tour guide transfer you to the airport in time for your flight or drop you off at the airport.

You can hang out to visit some local souvenir shops or visit Red Hill Park, On the peak of the hill, you will have the whole city of Urumqi before your eyes!

Tips of Today: 

1) please pack your luggage carefully, especially for small things like camera charger, power adaptor, mobile phone, phone charger, wallet and towel;
2) If your flight is arranged in the afternoon, please make sure you check out the hotel before 12pm.
