Zhaosu County is a mountainous basin surrounded by mountains. Zhaosu is the location of Wusun ancient country, the famous sweat-blood BMW originated here, has the reputation of "Tianma hometown".

On December 25, 2019, the park was approved by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration as a pilot national wetland park in 2019 and officially became a national wetland park.

With a total area of 1,657 hectares, the wetlands in the park are rich in biological species, including 143 species of higher plants, including 1 species of second-class protected plant, 29 species of first class and second class protected animals, and 90 species of birds, including 15 species of first class and second class protected birds, such as great bustard, grey crane, demoiselle crane, whooper swan, black harp chicken, ring-neck pheasant, kite and so on.

Beautiful natural scenery, rich cultural landscape, colorful folk customs, long history of “sky horse” culture, Zhaosu is in our heart, everywhere is scenery. Here is a good place for people to relax and play. The wetland park invested in the construction of roads, wetland museum, viewing platform, plank roads, etc. The sunrise of the grassland in the south of the Jiefang Bridge in the wetland park is the best location for photography.

In addition to the wetlands and lakes inhabited by migratory birds, there are boundless grasslands, golden rape fields, rushing rivers, the ancient Xiata City and the snow covered Khan Tengri Peak.

The most attractive part of Zhaosu Wetland Park in Summer is to see the scene of Wanma Pentium across the river, Every day at 6 pm, there is Tianma Bath River and the shepherd's lamb show, so it is recommended to enter the park at 5 pm.
